On Friday, Coach Sarbaugh and Mr. Michel visited Riddell’s facilities in North Ridgeville for an in-depth tour of both their helmet reconditioning center and main manufacturing factory. During the visit, they observed the detailed processes involved in helmet inspection, testing, repair, and certification, gaining firsthand insight into the rigorous safety standards Riddell upholds to protect student-athletes.
The tour also highlighted advancements in helmet technology, quality control procedures, and innovations designed to enhance player safety and performance. This visit provided valuable perspective on the importance of proper equipment maintenance, reconditioning cycles, and compliance with safety regulations, reinforcing our commitment to providing the highest level of protection for our athletes.
