Coaches Participate in the Annual State Strength & Conditioning Clinic

Several of our coaches traveled to Columbus this past Saturday to attend the State High School Strength & Conditioning Coaches Clinic at Bishop Hartley High School. Throughout the clinic, coaches participated in sessions covering key topics such as strength program design and programming strategies, data collection and analysis, athlete monitoring, and recovery methods. The clinic provided valuable insights and practical tools that our coaches can apply to better support the development, performance, and well-being of our student-athletes.
