Any Fairless Student-Athlete who has committed to play a sport at the collegiate level may complete the following application. This will help the athletic department organize future signing dates and media releases. Due to conflicts in schedules that may occur, athletes have the option to either (1) have an in-person signing at FHS or (2) upload pictures of their signing from home.  The Athletic Department will post on our social media. If you need to sign the actual Letter of Intent, you can do that on your own and send it into the University or College.  Please note the official National Letter of Intent signing dates listed on the  Website linked below:
